Key Responsibilities
- Set up and maintain individual beverage stations to ensure a clean and organized work environment.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, including processing customer payments and verifying inventory with supervisors.
- Enforce compliance with liquor laws and regulations, including verifying age identification for alcohol sales.
- Manage and track liquor inventory to ensure accurate ordering and minimize waste.
- Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of the work area, including adhering to safety protocols and maintaining a positive and professional appearance.
- Offer efficient and friendly customer service, including responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Prepare and sell beverage items at the station, including operating cash registers and handling cash transactions.
- Perform other tasks as directed by Food Service Manager, including assisting with events and special functions.
Requirements
- Minimum age of 21 years.
- Hold a valid Texas Alcohol Server's Permit.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of cash handling and cash register operation.
- Mathematical proficiency for accurate money handling.
- Understanding of bar operations and ability to follow instructions effectively.
- Pleasant demeanor and professional appearance.
Skills and Abilities
- Capacity to follow instructions and perform tasks efficiently.

- Knowledge of cash handling procedures.
- Proficient in English for communication with customers and colleagues.
