Key Responsibilities:
- Contract Oversight: Collaborate with the Associate Director of Contracts, Compliance, and Quality Assurance to effectively manage and oversee contracts related to Recovery Café - Pasco Services.
- Subcontract Management: Partner with the Associate Director to ensure proper oversight of all subcontracts and initiatives associated with Recovery Café - Pasco Services.
- Financial Management: Work alongside CME's Senior Director of Behavioral Health and Recovery Services to develop and manage budgetary and grant processes.
- Leadership: Supervise the Pasco Café program staff in conjunction with the Behavioral Health and Recovery Services Leadership Team.
- Staff Training: Implement comprehensive staff development and training programs with the RCS Leadership team.
- Partnership Development: Cultivate new partnerships to enhance collaborations and further RCS objectives.
- Educational Leadership: Facilitate training and educational sessions within the School for Recovery.
- Human Resources Collaboration: Coordinate with HR for recruitment, onboarding, and staff management.
- Collaborative Initiatives: Collaborate with CME Recovery Support Services staff to meet objectives and support clients effectively.
- Additional Responsibilities: Undertake other duties as assigned.
- Availability: Be prepared for occasional evening and weekend hours as required.

Qualifications:
- Education: An Associate's degree or higher in a field related to Behavioral Health and Recovery Services, along with a minimum of 2-5 years of supervisory experience or equivalent experience in a relevant area; or 2-5 years of relevant work and supervisory experience without an advanced degree.
- Licenses: A valid Driver's license, reliable transportation, and valid automobile liability insurance are required. Preferred certifications include CCAR Recovery Coach and Trainer, CCAR Ethical Considerations Trainer, and Mental Health Peer Support Specialist.
- Language Skills: Bilingual/biliterate in Spanish is preferred. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical documents, financial reports, and legal materials.
- Mathematical Skills: Proficiency in mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, as well as practical applications of fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions.
- Interpersonal Skills: Demonstrated cultural competency with underrepresented populations and a solid understanding of the recovery process for adults in substance use disorder and mental health treatment.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in word processing and spreadsheet software, with the ability to manipulate data and generate reports.
- Program Development Skills: Expertise in program and resource development.
- Community Engagement: Experience in Recovery Services and community collaborations related to recovery and mental health, with strong community development and collaboration skills.
