Clinical Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nurse Manager to oversee the day-to-day clinical activities at our Madison Clinic. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supervising clinical staff, providing direction and coordination of work, and helping to plan and implement changes to improve patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and manage clinical staff, including RNs, LPNs, and MAs
- Provide direction and coordination of work to ensure efficient and effective clinical operations
- Collaborate with other clinical and support staff to achieve shared goals and objectives
- Help plan and implement changes to improve patient care and clinical services
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Washington
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a clinical leadership role
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
