  • Implements and manages the class schedule across all studios.
  • Ensures that programming aligns with the demographic needs and usage patterns of the facility.
  • Conducts training sessions for instructors on new formats and programming.
  • Evaluates instructors to maintain quality and adherence to brand standards.
  • Oversees the introduction of new classes and programming.
  • Designs and executes special fitness events to boost member engagement and promote the Crunch brand.
  • Cross-promotes personal and group training to enhance revenue and member retention.
  • Monitors and reports class participation metrics regularly.
  • Submits weekly reports on group fitness activities to management.
  • Utilizes social media for promoting group fitness initiatives.
  • Participates in weekly meetings with the management team.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in group fitness management.
  • Current national group fitness certification.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Specialization in the fitness industry.
Reporting Structure
  • Reports directly to the general manager and the national group fitness director.
  • Collaborates with the gym management team.
