Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service
    • Provide prompt and courteous service to customers, answering questions and resolving issues in a professional and friendly manner.
    • Assist customers in locating products, demonstrating features, and making purchases.
    • Listen to and respond to customer feedback and concerns, escalating issues to management as needed.
  • Store Maintenance
    • Maintain a clean and safe store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and customer areas.
    • Restock shelves, rotate stock, and ensure that products are properly displayed and priced.
    • Identify and report any safety hazards or security risks to management.
  • Merchandising and Inventory
    • Verify and update product pricing and signage to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
    • Assist with receiving and processing merchandise, including unloading trucks and stocking shelves.
    • Participate in inventory management, including counting and reconciling inventory levels.
  • Team Collaboration
    • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
    • Communicate effectively with management and other departments to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous customer service or retail experience preferred.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
