Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team at Chick-fil-A El Camino Real at Scott. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth running of our restaurant, and providing exceptional support to our team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage office operations, including supplies, filing systems, and vendor relationships
  • Coordinate restaurant events, marketing initiatives, and team-building activities
  • Provide administrative support for employee onboarding, training, and development
  • Manage employee files, benefits, and payroll
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and partners
  • Assist with HR-related tasks, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
  • Proven work experience in office management, human resources, or a related field
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and other productivity tools
