Position OverviewXcite Automotive is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Automotive Field Service Representative to join our team. As a Frontliner, you will play a critical role in assisting dealerships with vehicle marketing and reconditioning solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Vehicle Media Specialist: You will travel to our customers at automotive dealerships to take high-quality photos, videos, and 360-degree virtual interior/exterior tours of the dealers' ever-changing vehicle inventory. You will assist with the marketing of each vehicle by printing window stickers and other services related to each vehicle.
- Inventory Flow Analyst: You will become an expert on the status of our customers' vehicle inventory in the pre-sale process as you work to get as many vehicles online as possible.
- Communicator: You will check-in each morning and check out at the end of each service visit, providing our dealers with the status of your work.
- Friend and Trusted Partner: Our Frontliners are critical to dealer operations and love making friends with the team at the dealership.
