Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience as a Program Manager or in a comparable position.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is advantageous.
  • Strong understanding of program management methodologies and tools.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership abilities.
  • Capability to handle multiple programs concurrently and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in program management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Jira).
