Role Overview

As a Porter, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the visual appeal of the property grounds while ensuring cleanliness in models and offices during 8-hour shifts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain cleanliness of property grounds, amenities, models, and offices
  • Perform power washing tasks
  • Conduct touch-up painting as needed
  • Assist with light maintenance duties

Qualifications

Applicants should have at least 6 months of experience in roles such as day porter, apartment grounds cleaning, housekeeping, custodial work, janitorial services, or groundskeeping.

  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends
