Chief Information Officer

Womble Bond Dickinson (US) LLP is seeking a visionary Chief Information Officer to lead our technology operations and drive business growth. As a key member of our executive staff, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive technology strategy that aligns with our firm's strategic plan.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a technology roadmap that supports business objectives and enables growth.
  • Lead the IT team in delivering high-quality technology solutions that meet business needs.
  • Collaborate with firm leadership to determine how technology can support top-level practice goals.
  • Ensure the security posture of the firm maximizes the prevention of security breaches and protection of firm and client data.
  • Develop and implement a strategic, comprehensive enterprise information security and IT risk management program.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or related field.
  • Advanced degree, such as MBA in management information systems or related field, preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience leading, managing and directing technology teams.
  • Security Certifications, such as CISM, or CISSP, preferred but not required.
What We Offer:
