The selected candidate will be paid $15 per hour, with the potential to earn up to $300 in monthly bonuses. This translates to an estimated annual salary of $31,200, not including bonus opportunities.

About the Role

We are looking for individuals who can effectively handle inbound calls from borrowers seeking information about their consumer loan accounts. As a Contact Center Representative, you will be responsible for providing accurate and timely responses to these inquiries, utilizing your strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Your primary focus will be on answering borrower questions and resolving issues efficiently, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service by answering inbound calls and addressing borrower queries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Analyze and resolve borrower issues, following established procedures and guidelines to ensure compliance.
  • Record interactions, open/close activities in the system of record, and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Stay up-to-date with company policies, regulatory requirements, and operational standards to ensure adherence to guidelines.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve service level goals and enhance overall team performance.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 years of call center experience, preferably in consumer finance.
