About the Role

As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for owning the overall relationship with assigned customers, increasing adoption, ensuring retention, and delivering satisfaction. You will work closely with our internal teams, including Customer Support, Implementation, Trading Partner Services, Product Management, and Sales, to drive outcomes and resolve customer issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish a trusted advisor relationship with customers and drive continued value of our products and services.
  • Provide value-added services, such as trainings and tools, to assigned customers to drive engagement and retention.
  • Work cross-functionally to drive outcomes and resolve customer issues.
  • Hold calls and video-conferences with customers to provide status updates and review key issues.
Requirements for Success
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • + years professional experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a BB software support environment.
  • Experience working in high-stress environments with ability to multi-task and adjust to priorities on-the-fly.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent customer handling and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong presentation and written communication skills.
