Job Overview

The Business Systems Manager is the key leader for the Business Systems division within Britech Group, Inc., overseeing the development, support, and compliance of the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.

PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Guide a team of Business Systems Functional Analysts to assess business requirements and integrate best practices into process design.
  • Accountable for the execution of Business Systems design, testing, development, and implementation strategies.
  • Collaborate with business process stakeholders to create documentation, training materials, and enhance understanding of process flows within Business Systems.
  • Work alongside external Microsoft D365 consultants to refine the ERP system, produce documentation, and improve overall process comprehension.
  • Ensure compliance with SOX and Quality Compliance Standards related to Business Systems.
  • Communicate external software interface requirements to facilitate business processes using third-party applications.
  • Mentor, train, and evaluate the skills of the assigned team members.
  • Encourage and support continuous improvement initiatives by employing industry-standard tools and methodologies.
  • Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS REQUIRED

  • Comprehensive understanding of business operations with the ability to analyze and interpret data effectively.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the capability to prioritize and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Ability to influence and work collaboratively with others to achieve objectives.
  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of accountability.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, including SharePoint and Visio.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE PREFERENCES

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration is preferred.
  • 5 to 7 years of experience in relevant business functions such as Manufacturing, Procurement, Logistics, or Corporate/Customer Service.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Microsoft D365 development process.
  • Familiarity with Robotic Process Automation (RPA).
  • At least 3 years of experience in a leadership role.
  • Experience in user training is advantageous.
