We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to provide high-quality care to pediatric patients in their homes in Harlan, Iowa.
About the Role:- Provide comprehensive nursing care to pediatric patients with complex medical needs, including those with g-tubes, trachs, and vents.
- Work collaboratively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Administer medications, perform treatments, and monitor patient progress.
- Document patient information and communicate effectively with healthcare teams.
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license for the state of Iowa.
- Current Health Certificate.
- Current PPD or Chest X-Ray.
- Current BLS card.
- One year prior RN experience preferred.
