We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Greenspring Village by Erickson Senior Living. As a LPN, you will provide high-quality clinical care to our residents, working collaboratively with our healthcare team to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Assess and evaluate resident clinical conditions, documenting findings in the electronic medical record and notifying providers as needed.
- Develop and update care plans to reflect changes in resident care and service needs.
- Supervise and lead care associates, ensuring the delivery of exceptional care and service.
- Administer medications accurately and timely, in accordance with orders.
- Participate in meetings related to resident outcomes and care, and respond to resident, family, or responsible party inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Competitive hourly rate up to $35.00, based on experience, including shift differentials.
- Part-time day and evening shift positions available.
- $5,000 sign-on bonus.
- Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and PTO.

- Graduate of an approved Licensed Practical/Vocational Nursing program.
