Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in an outpatient dialysis center. As a Nurse, you will play a critical role in delivering care to patients with end-stage renal failure or chronic kidney disease. Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality patient care in an outpatient dialysis setting
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
Requirements
  • Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing required
  • Current RN licensure in the state of practice
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
