Responsibilities:

  • Reach out to leads and inquiries promptly to support the expansion of our customer base.
  • Perform thorough market analysis to ensure accurately priced property listings.

  • Provide assistance to clients during the final stages of the home-buying process, ensuring a smooth closing experience when necessary.
  • Assist sellers in pricing, staging, and marketing their properties effectively to attract potential buyers swiftly.
  • Effectively convert pre-qualified leads received from sales agents into scheduled listing appointments to drive business growth.
  • Adhere to the team's strategic plan for cohesive operation.

  • Coordinate and schedule listing appointments efficiently.
  • Follow up diligently with leads to maximize conversion rates.

Qualifications:

  • Must work well in a team environment, valuing team success as their own.
  • Proficient in verbal and written communication, adept at scheduling and finalizing appointments via telephone.
  • Skilled in utilizing real estate CRM systems to maintain secure and organized client information.
  • Capable of performing thorough market research and demonstrating a comprehensive grasp of the real estate sector.
  • Possession of an active real estate license is mandatory.
  • Prior sales experience is beneficial but not mandatory - training will be provided.
