As a Regional Service Operations Manager at Benco Dental, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the installation, maintenance, testing, troubleshooting, and repair of dental and radiographic equipment for our clients within your designated area. Your leadership is crucial in ensuring adherence to customer specifications and company standards, while guaranteeing that all tasks are executed efficiently and within budgetary constraints.

Key Responsibilities:
- Guide, mentor, and assess the performance of regional service and installation technicians.
- Collaborate with the Regional Sales Manager to meet regional labor sales objectives.
- Ensure service technicians comply with time and attendance reporting standards.
- Hold service technicians accountable for their assigned duties.
- Facilitate regular meetings with all regional personnel.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
- Associate Degree in Business or Biomedical Technology.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a service-oriented industry.
- Prior management experience is preferred.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to perform routine physical activities such as walking, bending, kneeling, and lifting.
- Frequent lifting of weights ranging from 1 to 55 pounds, with occasional lifting of up to 100 pounds.
- Capability to work in confined spaces and travel to customer locations regularly.
