We are seeking a Front Desk Administrator to join our team and contribute to our mission. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing front desk operations, and supporting the overall success of our business.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and possess strong organizational abilities. If you are a motivated and detail-focused individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
• Greet clients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner
• Manage phone calls, emails, and correspondence in a timely and efficient manner
• Maintain accurate records and files, both physical and digital
• Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry and document preparation
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Typing speed of 60 wpm or higher

Salary:
$18-$20 per hour
