Channel Operations Manager

We're seeking a highly skilled Channel Operations Manager to support our Channel Leadership team in driving growth and operational efficiency. This role will partner with leadership on strategy, planning, and execution of key programs and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Sales Forecasting: Partner closely with sales leadership to develop and maintain accurate sales forecasts, leveraging historical data and business trends to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
- Risk and Opportunity Analysis: Perform ad hoc analytics to surface insights on channel performance, identifying key risks and opportunities to address challenges and capitalize on growth opportunities.
- Performance Tracking & Reporting: Own the tracking of key sales performance metrics, developing reports and dashboards that help sales teams stay focused and accountable.
- Sales Enablement: Collaborate with sales leadership to implement tools and resources that help our teams sell more effectively, supporting sales enablement efforts through training and tool deployment.
- Operational Process Improvements: Identify areas where we can improve how we work, recommending and implementing improvements that boost productivity and efficiency.
- Technology & Systems Management: Assist in managing the tools and technology that support our sales operations, ensuring seamless integration and smooth operation.
- Planning: Analyze data to support strategy, resourcing, compensation, and territory decisions made annually.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in sales operations, channel operations, or a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce and other CRM or sales tools.
- Experience with sales forecasting, performance tracking, and operational improvements.
- Ability to analyze data and translate insights into clear, actionable steps.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
- Self-motivated, with a proactive approach to identifying and solving problems in a fast-paced environment.
