Channel Development Specialist, Digital Marketing

We are seeking a highly skilled Channel Development Specialist to join our team. As a Channel Development Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing continuing development programs for our go-to-market teams, with a focus on sales and client executive teams.
This includes creating new hire onboarding programs and recurring upskill pathways to increase digital legal marketing proficiency, leveraging our proprietary tools and analytics to showcase a value story, and training the skills most critical in selling our FindLaw products.
You will work closely with our sales and client management leaders, marketing, product, sales, digital solutions, and senior leadership to align on the needs of desired learning outcomes.
About YouTo be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in sales training execution. You should also have experience working in a LMS and training tools such as Articulate and Vyond.
We are looking for someone with knowledge of the legal vertical and experience working with legal professionals. Excellent writing, presentation, and overall communication skills are essential, as well as demonstrated coaching and mentoring skills.
You should be able to originate innovative approaches to meet sales training needs and have demonstrated project management skills. Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently are also essential qualities for this role.
