Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze equipment downtime to improve reliability and reduce maintenance costs
  • Apply technical knowledge to innovate, design, and develop equipment, fixturing, procedures, processes, tooling, and/or automation
  • Assess process capabilities, identify improvement opportunities, and integrate new processes and equipment to maximize manufacturing throughput and velocity
  • Conduct equipment/process audits and lead necessary improvement efforts
  • Develop process documentation to meet quality system and safety requirements
  • Improve manufacturing efficiency by analyzing and planning workflow, space requirements, and equipment layout
  • Responsible for KPI and manufacturing process flow improvements
