About the OpportunityThis is an exciting opportunity to combine your technical skills with big picture thinking to make an impact in national defense. You will have the chance to lead site preparation for integration of global 5th Generation pilot training simulators and sustainment capabilities worldwide.
Key Responsibilities- Perform site activation for U.S. and Partner countries by providing senior systems engineering expertise for site activation, site-specific activation planning, integration analysis, and certification for Pilot Training Device site locations.
- Lead site planning, site surveys, site activation, and facility design for F-35 pilot training systems.
- Develop and review Site Activation Management Plans, Weapons System Planning Documents, and Bed Down Plans.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-focused engineering solutions.
- 10 years of experience in an engineering or technical role.
- Knowledge of civil engineering and construction management as applied to military sites or training simulator facilities.
- Knowledge of DoD system acquisition and program management sufficient to plan, organize, and manage critical aspects of facilities implementation and site activation.
- Secret clearance.
- Experience with site activation for military aircraft or training systems.
- Experience with developing or reviewing Site Activation Management Plans, Weapons System Planning Documents, and Bed Down Plans.
- Knowledge of training and simulation facilities, fighter pilot training systems, training simulator systems, Fifth-Generation Fighter systems, or aircraft maintenance systems.

CompensationThe projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193, annualized USD. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
