School Bus Fleet Manager

**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a seasoned professional to serve as our School Bus Fleet Manager at Wyndy LLC in Richmond, IN. This critical role is responsible for ensuring the safety and efficiency of our school bus fleet, while also providing excellent customer service to our students and families.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of our school bus fleet, including scheduling, routing, and maintenance.
- Collaborate with school administrators and other stakeholders to develop and implement transportation policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate records and reports related to fleet performance, including fuel efficiency, vehicle maintenance, and driver evaluations.
- Develop and implement training programs for drivers and other staff members to enhance their knowledge and skills.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in transportation management or a related field.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team.
- A valid CDL (Commercial Driver's License) with a good driving record.
Salary: $65,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience.
