Regulatory Compliance Specialist

Job Summary
This is a Hybrid role that requires a strong understanding of financial services regulations and compliance. The successful candidate will be a member of the Firm's Regulatory Group, focusing on branch inspections, regulatory exams, and ad-hoc tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct branch and non-branch location inspections, both in-person and remotely, to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Participate in industry regulatory initiatives, including calls, to stay up-to-date on required and best practices.
- Assist in regulatory exams, including gathering information from Firm constituents, responding to exam requests, and drafting reports.
- Support the Firm's governance-related tasks, including project management and coordination.
- Participate in ad-hoc regulatory projects as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Years of financial services experience, with a focus on compliance and risk management.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with regulators and internal stakeholders.
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
