Role Summary

\

This role involves designing and developing custom hardware for Azure, collaborating with various teams to improve planning processes, quality, delivery, scale, and sustainability related to Microsoft cloud hardware.

\

Key Responsibilities

\
  • Develop VR validation plans.\
  • Collaborate with silicon and packaging power teams to define power specs.\
  • Work with ODM/OEM companies to ensure systems meet quality, reliability, and service level requirements.\
  • Embody Microsoft's culture and values.
\

Requirements

\
  • 7+ years of technical engineering experience.\
  • OR Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field AND 5+ years of technical engineering experience.\
  • OR Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field AND 3+ years of technical engineering experience.\
  • Experience with high volume hardware production.
