Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing world-class customer service experience for our customers, field service technicians, and salespeople.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage sales order entry process from multiple sources, ensuring accurate and efficient processing.
  • Proactively resolve orders pending release or confirmation, maintaining appropriate records and documentation.
  • Communicate with customers to keep them informed of updates, changes, and delays.
  • Investigate and resolve billing concerns, tracking shipments and researching price differences.
  • Work closely with Warehouse, Purchasing, and Accounting to invoice orders in a timely manner.
  • Coach, mentor, and assist Customer Service Representatives to ensure seamless customer service experience.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in business or related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of previous customer service experience, with demonstrated ability to establish and sustain beneficial relationships with customers.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.) and ERP experience required.

Salary: $21-$28.00/hourly
