**Job Title:** Conservatorship Asset Coordinator

**Company Overview:

Siporin & Associates Inc. is a dynamic company that specializes in asset management and recovery services. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Conservatorship Asset Coordinator.

This role requires a strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field, and 3-5 years of experience in accounting or a related field.

**Estimated Salary:** $55,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on experience

**Job Responsibilities:

  • Research and establish contact with financial institutions, investors, and account managers to gather information and transfer assets to the newly established conservatorship file
  • Work with internal team members to establish an initial budget, receive and reconcile bank accounts
  • Assist team members with opening new accounts, bank/investment accounts
  • Sending out monthly invoices and making calls to follow up on open receivables
