Commercial Leadership Development Program

GE Healthcare's Commercial Leadership Program is a two-year rotational program designed to develop entry-level talent into future commercial leaders. The program focuses on the accelerated development of sales skills and techniques critical to our company's success.
Program StructureThe program consists of three rotations, each lasting six to nine months, spanning a total duration of 24 months. Participants will undertake a diverse range of responsibilities, including comprehensive commercial skills training, specialized modality/product training, territory management, customer engagements, and project management.
Key Responsibilities- Mastering sales skills and learning technical aspects of the modality
- Developing commercial skills and techniques
- Managing sales funnels and optimizing inside sales techniques
- Project management and customer engagement
To be eligible for the program, candidates must have a bachelor's degree (completing in May/June 2025), a minimum GPA of 3.0, and demonstrated interest in sales. Geographic mobility is also required, with at least one rotation in Milwaukee, WI, and other rotations in metropolitan areas within the US.
