Astound Broadband is a leading telecommunications provider in the United States, and we're seeking a skilled Broadband Technician II to join our team. As a Broadband Technician II, you will be responsible for installing, servicing, and repairing broadband services for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install and maintain broadband services, including data, video, and phone connections
  • Ensure correct RF and signal levels within specifications
  • Communicate with leadership and dispatch as needed
  • Provide customer education and support
  • Operate company vehicles safely and responsibly
  • Perform all work in a safe manner, following company policies and state regulations
Requirements:
  • 6+ months of satisfactory metrics or 1+ year of external telecommunications experience
  • Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record
  • Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods
  • High school diploma or equivalent
