Job Title: Automotive Store Manager

At American Tire Depot, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Automotive Store Manager to lead our team and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily store operations and procedures to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Implement and execute company initiatives to motivate and train team members, driving sales and revenue growth.
  • Meet or exceed performance targets by understanding and following company strategies, leveraging sales and service expertise to drive results.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, recommending and selling tires, wheels, services, and repairs to guests.
  • Adhere to American Tire Depot's sales strategy and core values to create life-long customers.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with guests and team members.
  • Strong automotive retail sales background with at least 1 year of experience in a management capacity.
  • Tires and product knowledge, as well as mechanical services, are highly desirable.
  • Experience working face-to-face with guests in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
  • Being detail-oriented and demonstrating an eagerness to learn and grow with the company.
  • Willingness to learn and be cross-trained to master sales as well as hands-on services and repairs.
  • Clean driving record and a valid driver's license.
  • Physical ability to lift 70lbs. and endure continuous crouching, bending, and turning.
