Medical Laboratory Technician

Job Title: Medical Laboratory Technician
Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year
The Medical Laboratory Technician is responsible for drawing quality blood samples from patients and preparing those specimens for lab testing. This role requires excellent phlebotomy skills, including pediatric and geriatric care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform daily activities accurately and on time
- Maintain a safe and professional environment
- Draw blood specimens in a skillful, safe, and accurate manner
- Demonstrate leadership behaviors and focus on process excellence skills
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Medical training: medical assistant or paramedic training preferred
- Phlebotomy certification preferred (Required in California, Nevada, and Washington)
- Minimum of 6 months experience
