Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Aerospace Technician III to join our team in Kent, WA. As a key member of our assembly team, you will be responsible for building human-rated orbital launch vehicles. Your expertise in manufacturing, structural assembly, and fabrication will help us redefine the way rockets are made and operated.
Responsibilities
- Setup and operate precision calibrated tools such as torque wrenches, micrometers, calipers, depth gauges, and optical measuring instruments
- Interpret engineering models, drawings, specifications, written work instructions, and test procedures
- Work collaboratively with teams of diverse skills, fields, and backgrounds
- Communicate clearly and appropriately, in writing and person
- Perform repetitive work, including lifting of items up to 35lbs
- Operate various material handling equipment including forklifts, overhead cranes, aerial lifts, truck-trailer combinations, and other ground support equipment as required
Requirements
- 5 to 10 years Experience in manufacturing, structural assembly, and fabrication
- High School diploma or GED
- Ability to support scheduled work shifts (we rotate shifts occasionally) and work off-shift (2nd or 3rd shifts), extended hours, and weekends if/when vital
- Must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum

- Estimated salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year

- Up to four (4) weeks paid time off per year based on weekly scheduled hours, and up to 14 company-paid holidays
- Discretionary bonus
