Flight Hardware Engineer

We're seeking an experienced Avionics Technician III to join our team of innovators and problem-solvers. In this role, you'll be responsible for the setup of production work areas, including layouts, tooling, and equipment setup for various spaceflight systems.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist with manufacturing, assembling, and testing structural flight hardware assemblies according to written procedures and engineering models, drawings, and specifications
* Perform avionics inspections, installations, and pre and post installation checkouts on composite and metallic flight hardware
* Operate or support crane lifts, scissor and boom lifts, and forklifts
Requirements
* 8+ years of experience in aerospace manufacturing, integration, or other relevant field
* Expertise in aerospace avionic installation and testing
* Ability to work respectfully and cooperatively with diverse teams in a dynamic environment
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
