Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a Finance Operations Intern to join our Accounts Payable team at our Corporate headquarters.

*This position is not available for remote work.*

Compensation: $19.50 per hour, based on experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Utilize workflow systems to assess incoming Accounts Payable invoices.
  • Verify data fields for precision and make necessary adjustments.
  • Route invoices to the correct departmental queue.
  • Assist in reconciling vendor statements.
  • Conduct data entry, review, and posting of AP invoices within the accounting system.
  • Collaborate with the Corporate AP Team to ensure prompt invoice processing.
  • Support additional AP tasks and projects as required.

Qualifications:
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Eagerness to learn WSFP's Accounts Payable procedures.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to type efficiently and accurately.
  • Collaborative mindset.
  • Effective time management skills.
  • Willingness to undergo a post-offer drug test and background screening.
