Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our team at InterMed. In this role, you will be responsible for evaluating patients, planning and implementing individualized occupational therapy programs, and educating patients and caregivers on exercises and strategies to support their child's development.

Responsibilities
Your duties will include:

  • Completing evaluations, therapy sessions, and caregiver education
  • Collaborating with other disciplines to ensure coordinated care
  • Providing services in various settings, including outpatient clinics and telemedicine
  • Developing and maintaining patient education materials
  • Participating in continuing education opportunities

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A minimum of a bachelor's degree in occupational therapy from an accredited program
  • An active occupational therapy license in the State of Maine
  • At least one year of clinical experience in the outpatient setting
  • Strong organizational skills and effective communication methods
  • Proficiency in electronic medical record systems
