Troy Center is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to serve as Unit Manager in our Sub Acute Unit. As a leader in our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the unit, ensuring the highest quality of care for our residents. Your expertise will be invaluable in establishing and implementing policies and procedures, mentoring less experienced nurses, and maintaining the standards of care. You will also be responsible for reviewing resident records, monitoring overall care, and addressing any questions or concerns brought forward by residents or their families.   • Valid State RN License
  • 3 years Long Term Care Experience preferred
  • 2 years Charge Nurse experience preferred
  • Strong computer skills
  • Excellent communication skills
