Troy Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to serve as Unit Manager in our Sub Acute Unit. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the unit, ensuring the highest quality of care for our residents. Your expertise and leadership skills will be essential in mentoring less experienced nurses, implementing policies and procedures, and maintaining the standards of care. * Supervise and coordinate the activities of the nursing staff on the Sub Acute Unit
* Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the highest quality of care
* Mentor and support less experienced nurses in their professional development
* Maintain accurate records and reports of resident care and unit operations
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless care transitions

**Requirements:**

* Current RN licensure in the state of New York
* 3 years of experience in Long Term Care
* 2 years of experience as a Charge Nurse
* Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
