* Supervise and coordinate the activities of the nursing staff on the Sub Acute Unit
* Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure high-quality care
* Mentor and guide less experienced nurses to enhance their clinical skills
* Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided on the unit
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless care transitions

**Requirements:**

* Current RN licensure in the state of New York
* 3 years of experience in long-term care
* 2 years of experience as a Charge Nurse
* Strong computer skills and excellent communication skills
