Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Dental Front Desk Coordinator. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient service, managing our schedule, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the office schedule to ensure efficient and effective patient flow.
  • Provide exceptional patient service by greeting and assisting patients, scheduling appointments, and maintaining accurate insurance and billing records.
  • Optimize patient satisfaction, provider time, and treatment room utilization by scheduling appointments and communicating effectively with our team.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of patient information, including demographic and insurance data.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring a positive experience for our patients.
  • Collaborate with our team to achieve our goal of providing exceptional patient care and service.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in a medical or dental office setting preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in dental software.
What We Offer
