Clinical Support Specialist

As a Clinical Support Specialist at Memorial Medical Center, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care in our Physician clinic. Under the supervision of our experienced providers, you will be responsible for delivering clinical support to patients, ensuring continuity and coordination of care in the outpatient setting. This includes working with adolescents and adults, providing a high level of customer service, and maintaining accurate records.
Responsibilities
Provide clinical support to patients in the Physician clinic
Coordinate and maintain accurate patient records
Assist with administrative tasks, such as scheduling and data entry
Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure seamless patient care
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required
Two years of clinical office experience preferred
Medical terminology and computer knowledge required
Current MA certification required
