Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Support Associate to join our Med Surg team at Three Crosses Regional Hospital. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional patient care and support to our patients and staff.

Responsibilities:

Greet and guide visitors as a unit receptionist
Assist with direct/indirect patient care under supervision of licensed nurse
Perform general interventions for patients, including taking pulse, helping with grooming, and getting a lunch tray
Ensure proper assimilation of information between hospital personnel, nursing staff, and others
Assist with data entry on patient information into Cerner Database
Perform varied daily job tasks based on patient load and physician orders
Maintain unit supplies inventory and assist with stocking linens, IV trays, and other unit supplies
Maintain unit equipment by following manufacturer's instructions and establishing procedures
Schedule lab work, tests, and x-rays per physician orders
Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations, adhering to infection-control policies and protocols
Maintain HIPAA confidentiality at all times

Requirements:

~1+ years of clinical experience
~ Current Certified Nursing Assistant Certificate Required
~ Current BLS Required
~ Preferred ACLS
~ Basic computer skills
