Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Cabinet Assembler to join our dynamic team. As a Cabinet Assembler, you will be responsible for assembling cabinets based on design specifications and blueprints.

  • Select materials such as wood, laminates, and hardware.
  • Assemble cabinet components using adhesives, screws, nails, and fasteners, ensuring proper alignment and fit.
  • Install hardware like hinges, handles, and drawer slides according to specifications.
  • Inspect finished cabinets for quality, making adjustments or repairs as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring proper storage of tools and materials.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and quality standards.
  • FOLLOW all safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience as a cabinet assembler or in a related woodworking/carpentry role.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Strong understanding of woodworking techniques, tools, and materials.
  • Skilled in using hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
  • Excellent attention to detail and precision in measuring, cutting, and assembling components.
  • Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
  • Physical stamina to handle heavy materials and equipment.
  • Flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities and production schedules.
  • Commitment to quality craftsmanship and customer satisfaction.

Estimated Salary Range: $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
