Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer service to MyBambu users via phone, email, and chat.
  • Technical Proficiency: Leverage technological expertise to troubleshoot and guide customers through any technical challenges they may encounter.
  • Banking Knowledge: Utilize banking and financial industry knowledge to answer customer queries related to transactions, account management, and financial tools.
  • Software Proficiency: Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Suite applications to efficiently document customer interactions and manage cases.
  • Multilingual Support: Provide support in multiple languages if bilingual, catering to a diverse customer base.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical support, sales, and product development, to address customer needs and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
  • Bilingual (Spanish or Creole) proficiency is preferred.
  • Minimum of one year of customer service experience, preferably in a fintech environment.
  • Technologically savvy with a strong understanding of Microsoft Suite; Salesforce experience is a plus.
  • Banking or financial industry experience is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed targets in a sales-oriented environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
