Job Title: Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team at 4Sight Search Solutions Inc. in Ohio. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing projects across the Eastern USA, ensuring timely completion, and meeting client expectations.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3-5 years of project management experience, preferably in an access control environment. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of medium to large projects, including coordinating security projects for 53 operational sites, overseeing projects for a large energy-based client, and translating customer needs/requirements.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate all aspects of medium to large projects through to completion.
  • Oversee security projects for 53 operational sites, including office buildings, microwave towers, and maintenance shops.
  • Translate customer needs/requirements and review estimated costs prior to bid.
  • Provision technical assistance to the sales force as and when required.
  • Develop detailed project execution plans, including site visits, documentation of existing installations, and photographing.
  • Proactively communicate project requirements to the project team and wider organization.
  • Identify potential project risks and develop strategies to minimize impact and control deviations from estimated costs and project deadlines.
  • Establish project milestones and analyze costs, utilizing financial systems to review actual versus estimated job cost.
  • Manage the execution and review of all scopes of work, terms, and conditions in customer contracts.
  • Perform a limited range of managerial responsibilities, including planning, assigning, and directing work, performance management, project budgeting, and overseeing subcontractor selection process and work.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of project management experience, preferably in an access control environment.
  • 2-year associate degree in project management and/or a technical field involving IT network, electronics, or computers is an asset.
  • Advanced technical knowledge on how access control and IDS systems are installed, wired, and function.
  • Knowledge and understanding of networking and network components and basic IT skills to determine IP address of device and network.
  • Knowledge of industry standards, including security, electrical, and life safety codes.
  • Software application proficiency in MS Suite, MS Project, Bluebeam, Adobe Acrobat, Genetec, Axis Device Manager, and Axis Site Designer.
