Job Overview:
This role is integral to the assembly of high-quality cardiovascular medical devices within a collaborative manufacturing environment.
The responsibilities encompass precise assembly and operation of diverse machinery and equipment, which may involve:
- Electronic assembly
- Casting and coating processes
- Mechanical assembly
- Packaging operations
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble medical devices and associated components.
- Work may occur in a controlled cleanroom setting.
- Utilize tools such as microscopes, hand tools, razor blades, syringes, and soldering equipment.
- Conduct routine tasks following established procedures with close supervision.
- Perform visual inspections and precise measurements on components and assemblies.
- Execute tests on units using computerized testing equipment.
- Repair and rectify devices/components using microscopes and relevant tools.
- Package devices ensuring accuracy and completeness of documentation.
- Maintain accurate records for traceability and quality assurance.
- Adhere to safety protocols and utilize appropriate safety equipment during operations.
- Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production quality and profitability.
- Communicate supply/material needs and production challenges to supervisors.
- Collaborate with management to set and monitor performance goals.
- Ensure a clean and sanitary work environment.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
