Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Address customer inquiries and issues through phone, email, or chat with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Diagnose problems and offer timely solutions to customers, ensuring a smooth service experience.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of company offerings and software tools to effectively assist customers.
  • Record customer interactions, transactions, feedback, and complaints for ongoing improvement.
  • Work collaboratively with technical teams to report recurring issues and propose enhancements.
  • Relay customer feedback to relevant departments to optimize service delivery and project results.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in customer service or call center roles.
  • Reliable and capable of managing responsibilities in a dynamic environment.
  • Exhibits strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficient in various software applications, with a quick learning aptitude for new technologies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • High school diploma required; additional education or certification in customer service or related fields is advantageous.
