Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in customer service or call center roles.
  • Reliable and capable of managing responsibilities in a dynamic environment.
  • Exhibits strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficient in various software applications, with a quick learning aptitude for new technologies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • High school diploma required; additional education or certification in customer service or related fields is advantageous.
