Position Title: Medical Assistant

Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Medical Assistant to join our team. This role involves providing essential support in a clinical setting, ensuring smooth operations and patient care.

Contract Details:
  • 13-week contract with potential for extension

Interviews will be conducted on-site.

Work Schedule:
40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, including a 30-minute lunch break.

Compensation:
Hourly rate ranges from $19 to $21, depending on experience.

Qualifications:
- MA certification is preferred but not mandatory; experience is the key requirement.
- Preference for candidates with phlebotomy experience.
- 1 to 3 years of experience as a Medical Assistant.

Role Responsibilities:
- Primarily responsible for rooming patients, performing EKGs, and fulfilling other Medical Assistant duties.
- No front desk responsibilities involved.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and provide additional support to the Employee Health staff as needed.

Electronic Medical Records:
Experience with E-clinical systems is advantageous.

Onboarding Requirements:
Background checks will be conducted.
