We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Pharmacy Manager to join our team at Cielo Talent. As a Pharmacy Manager, you will be responsible for leading our pharmacy team and ensuring the delivery of exceptional patient care and services.

About the Role

As a Pharmacy Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading and managing a team of pharmacists and support staff
  • Ensuring the efficient and effective operation of the pharmacy
  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care

Requirements

To be successful as a Pharmacy Manager, you will need:

  • A BS in Pharmacy or Pharmacist Degree from an accredited educational institution
  • Current pharmacist licensure in the states within the district
  • Experience performing prescription dispensing activities that demonstrate a strong working knowledge of applicable state and federal controlled substance laws
  • Certified Immunizer or willing to become an immunizer within 90 days of hire
Preferred Qualifications

We prefer candidates with at least 1 year of experience as a pharmacist in a retail setting, including prescription filling and verification, records and legal compliance, pharmacy operations, pharmacy software and technology systems, and insurance.
