Cielo Talent is seeking a highly skilled Pharmacy Manager to join our team. As a Pharmacy Manager, you will be responsible for leading our pharmacy operations, ensuring the highest level of patient care, and driving business growth.
About the RoleWe are looking for a motivated and experienced pharmacist to manage our pharmacy operations in Wisconsin and Illinois. The ideal candidate will have a strong working knowledge of applicable state and federal controlled substance laws and be certified as an immunizer or willing to become one within 90 days of hire.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage pharmacy operations, including prescription dispensing activities, records, and legal compliance.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient care and drive business growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer service.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to maintain our competitive edge.
